Guyon West has been established in California since 1991. We have been serving a wide range of companies from small family bakery businesses to large corporations. For all these years we have assisted professional and industrial clients by selling new and remanufactured equipment, supplying common or more specialty machine parts and essential baking accessories.

Bruno Gherardi

Founder & CEO of Guyon West

Bruno Gherardi has been leading Guyon West since its inception. After his formal education, a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Management, Bruno started a fresh pasta wholesale venture. Then he gained interest in the equipment side of the business, he sold his pasta factory and took over a small company which dealt in European bakery equipment. Guyon West grew from a small dealership to a well-recognized service company and finally to a respected

organization in the industry from both the customer’s and manufacturer’s perspective. Bruno Gherardi has always prioritized impeccable after-sale service to gain the loyalty of his clients. With Bruno’s mechanical engineering background, combined with his extensive clientele history at all levels, Guyon West has become a trusted source to recommend bakery equipment and to solve any technical issues.
